WHITE LADY

INGREDIENTS
50 ml Coachman Gin

25 ml Triple sec

20 ml Fresh lemon juice

0.5 Egg White (Optional)

 

PREPARATION

Add in the gin, triple sec and lemon juice along with half a cup of ice and shake until cold. Strain into a Martini glass.

 

When using the optional egg white, place in the shaker with the other ingredients but do not add the ice and shake, once the egg has emulsified with the rest of the ingredients, add the ice for final shake.
