INGREDIENTS
6 cl Gin
0 cl dry Vermouth (or a few drops)
Garnish with Olives or Grapefruit* zest

PREPARATION
Open the Vermouth and place it next
to the cocktail mixing glass. 
Pour the gin into a shaker with ice and stir
until very cold. Strain into the cocktail glass and add your chosen garnish. Grapefruit is perfect
with Coachman gin
Close the Vermouth bottle

*Updated recipe, Pink Grapefruit works 
extremely well with our botanical, Timut pepper, 
used in the distillation.
