INGREDIENTS
4,5 cl Coachman Gin
3 cl fresh lemon juice
1,25 cl Cassis
1,25 cl simple syrup
Garnish
PREPARATION
Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Fine-strain into an rocks glass over crushed ice.
Slowly pour the Cassis over the top of the drink.
Garnish with a lemon half-wheel and mint
